For me the most difficult part about eating well is having to think about what to make. It's not a matter of do I know what I should eat or not, it's adding one more thing that I have to think about. It's a lame excuse but it's the truth and I know many other people have the same one. For athletes, eating right is a cheat code many don't take advantage of.
