This phase of training is the cornerstone to the rest of the program. Durning this time we are focused on mastering basic movement patterns, building muscular endurance and ensuring that your mind and body are ready for whats coming next.

Prepare For Takeoff
Bigger and stronger. As you progress through this second phase of training you'll notice the weights dont feel like they used to, your strength gains will be significant and you'll feel ready to take on the world!


Final Phase
Now We're Flying
Speed, power and sport specific training takes hold over this final phase of training. Everything you need to dominate your upcoming season will be dialed in at this point. Have fun and enjoy feeling better than ever before.
