Coach Tyler
Coach Tyler Graduated in 2021 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Exercise Science and has recently relocated here from Clevland, Ohio.
Tyler works with the general population of all ages and skill levels. "I am big on mechanics, technique, and efficiency of movements to promote the best results. I have had the opportunity to work with many successful athletes, aging from 8-21, training for various sports including baseball, swimming, cross country, track and field, football, lacrosse, soccer, and hockey. I have also had the privilege of training a professional MLS referee over the past three years."
"Personally, I have been playing hockey since I was 4 years old and have had the opportunity to play for many successful teams and learn from many talented coaches. I played travel hockey for Team Ohio U16 and U18 and was a 4x High School Varsity Hockey player at Holy Name High School. I also had the opportunity to play in the USPHL for Wisconsin Rapids for 2 years following high school and then spent the last 4 years of my hockey career at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a ACHA D1 hockey program. My main position was left wing, with the specialty of leading the penalty kill on special teams and serving as captain in various stages of my career. I have had the honor to be a part of many camps working with NHLers and coaching both as a participant and instructor. With my personal education and experience I believe this combination has helped me get to where I am today. "
Personal goal is to work in the highest level training facility while creating the best youth athletes, helping unlock their true potential in life and in the rink.
Tyler holds a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a Cross Fit Level 1 Coach
